US Open Training – Sat. Rides,Sunday Swims, and Swim Clinic
Starting Sept 1 Life Time Fitness – Garland will begin having Weekly bike Rides leaving the upper parking lot of the Hilton Hotel. Wheels down at 7:30am. Give yourself time to sign waivers and get with your pace lead.
We begin swimming at The Harbor – Lake Ray Hubbard on Sunday September 2. There is a $10.00 drop in fee for all swimming with additional charges for the clinic. You MUST bring your USAT card, Valid ID, and sign a waiver!!! Paid certified Life Guards and Kayaks will be onsite. Swimming begins at 7:30am and water must be clear by 9:30am
September 16 is the date set for a Open water Swim Clinic at The Harbor in Rockwall Texas. Clinic begins at 7:15am. For those not attending the clinic, $10.00 drop in fees apply and swimmers must stay out of the way of the clinic.
