Monitored Run Plans Include:

 

  • – – Weekly schedule with daily workouts provided
  • – – Detailed daily workouts designed specifically for the client’s individual needs
  • – – Race strategy, pre-race discussion, and post-race discussion
  • – – Discuss race and training nutrition
  • – – Weekly group runs schedule permitting – with group, this is not a private workout
  • – – Clients must request additional Services
