For Beginner Triathlete (Online coaching is available)

 

Start from couch and end up across the finish line.  Make the change to a whole new you and a new life.   Gain self confidence and fitness with guidance to achieve a new life style.  A smooth transition into becoming a triathlete with a progressive build up in fitness level. This is your beginning to achieving your goals, a pathway to a more fit you. This is recommended for beginner triathlete.

 

 

 

  • –Weekly schedule with daily workouts provided (Training Peaks)
  • –Detailed daily workouts designed specifically for the client’s individual needs
  • –Race strategy, pre-race discussion, and post-race discussion
  • –Discuss race and training nutrition
  • –Weekly group runs – schedule permitting -this is a team work out and is not private coaching
  • –Group rides schedule permitting -this is a team work out and is not private coaching
  • –When coming to group workouts- Coach Sean will help and instruct you as needed
  • –Clients must request additional Services
