This is recommended for beginner triathlete.

- –Detailed daily workouts designed specifically for the client’s individual needs
- –Race strategy, pre-race discussion, and post-race discussion
- –Discuss race and training nutrition
- –Weekly group runs – schedule permitting -this is a team work out and is not private coaching
- –Group rides schedule permitting -this is a team work out and is not private coaching
- –When coming to group workouts- Coach Sean will help and instruct you as needed
