— Weekly schedule with daily workouts provided online with free Training Peaks account
— Detailed daily workouts designed specifically for the client’s individual needs
— Race strategy, pre race discussion, and post race discussion
— Evaluation of past goals and training
— Nutritional analysis and guidance
— Discuss race and training nutrition
— Functional/strength training plan
— Initial determination of bike and run training zones only (additional Fee)
— Discounts with team sponsors
— Weekly group runs schedule permitting -this is a team work out and is not a private coaching
— Group rides schedule permitting -this is a team work out and is not a private coaching
— Training guidance / instruction given during group training – It is not individual coaching session
— For Specific races that do not fit into program, see adding a run program to your tri program
— Clients must request additional Services
Cost
— Initiation Fee $75 ( no fee for members of Tri Life Racing )
— $210 per month*
— Three-month commitment, 1st and last month paid up-front*
*All payments must be received before new monthly programs will be sent.
** Life Time Fitness Members recieve $25 discount, LTF Masters Swim Members receive $25 discount
